POPI
The protection of your personal information and data is important to us therefore we will implement all necessary measures to be in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information (POPI), Act 2013 as well as the Promotion of Access to Personal Information (PAIA), Act 2000.
Before i will commence with any application design that might contain personal information and / or data, i will request that you download and complete the POPI Indemnity and Consent Form.
